Data of contacts

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and to agree on our services. We keep this data no longer than needed for the business relationship and legal retention periods.

Data we process on behalf of others

For accounting firms we work inside their clients’ Odoo databases. In doing so we are the processor and the firm or its client is the controller. We record this in a data processing agreement and use the data solely for the assignment.
